I wanted to thank you again for your quick response
to our server crash. We had the perfect storm in our office. There was an
equipment malfunction which caused a flood which got sucked into our server.
The server and backup tape drive were fried. We had been with you for less than
a month but you had captured all the data we needed. You downloaded all the
data to my IT service people that night and we were back up the next day. You
never know if your insurance is any good until you need it. Let me say you are
as advertised. Thanks for all your help in the disaster recovery.

Oak Tree saved [me] tonight. (My
InBox has approximately 7,000 emails.) For the 2nd time, [Microsoft email’s]
compression feature has failed and caused me to lose 3-4,000 emails. The first
time …The loss was devastating. The second compression failure happened
tonight; I lost all of the email for 2006 from my InBox. However, this time I
had Oak Tree and …I started the restore feature. I asked Oak Tree to restore my
entire InBox file from the backup ...the night before. It took 2 1/2 hours, but

The
idea of depending only on an on-site tape and network storage device for the
safety of 100 gigabytes of data did not allow me to feel secure about my office
data. As a long time Dolphin user I was most happy to take advantage of Oak
Tree’s remote back-up services when it first became available. Recently I lost
imaging data on one of my patients and immediately called OakTree for help. In
a matter of hours those imaging files were restored. Needless to say I am quite

You never think it can happen to you, but when our server
crashed, I realized just how vital our remote back up was and that using
OakTree Storage was one of the best decisions I have made for the practice.
Returning from Christmas vacation, I came into the office
Monday morning and found our network was down, we were unable to run Dolphin on
any of the workstations, and the server was frozen. It could not happen at a worse time; it was
school vacation week and our office was extremely busy. We also had end-of-year payments to post and
bills to print for the 1st of the month.
The first call was to my IT professional. He diagnosed the network problems and reported
the server had crashed. He said we needed a new server; however, it would take a full day for a new server to be
built and set up.
My next call was to Oak Tree Storage. I had just switched to Oak Tree from another
remote back up service. Oak Tree provided
for a larger amount of data back up at less than half the price I was paying.
After explaining the situation to Oak Tree,
my data was restored on a remote server in 2 hours. With my old back up service, my data was
protected but I did not have access to my data on a server running Dolphin
software. I was unable to look at
charts, see the schedule, make appointments, post payments or do anything I
needed to run the office. With Oak Tree

if it was my server in my office.
Without Oak Tree, my office would have been down for 2 days. With Oak Tree, we were down for 2
